The Workforce Educational Development and Guidance for Employment (WEDGE) Program is a statewide initiative designed to help youth ages 8 to 26 build a brighter future. Through education, mentorship, workforce and career development. The WEDGE program provides the resources and support young people need to graduate, gain workforce skills, and explore career opportunities.

WEDGE is committed to closing academic gaps, improving performance, and preparing youth for success in high school, college, vocational training, and the workforce. We offer customized support, hands-on experience, and career exploration to help each participant achieve their full potential.
